Sometimes The Smallest Tweak
Makes A HUGE Difference!

[/custom_headline][text_output]It’s so important when you handstand that you keep your arms straight and a great way to achieve this is to drive your hands down into the floor or parallettes.

In the video below you can see that Steve is able to add on at least 10 seconds to his handstand hold by adopting a few single tweaks, these included keeping his arms straight and keeping his legs closer together.
