I personally use this product and I have seen huge improvements in my calisthenics training since following the routine in the ebook especially with skills training when working on my straddle planche as this requires hip flexor mobility which I was lacking in before.
One of the main downsides of this system for me is that the exercises are all demonstrated using images, I think it would work better if the exercises were demonstrated using videos instead (see below).
Videos are available for anyone that is finding the exercises difficult as the creators have developed a “Swap Out” system which allows you to swap an exercise for an easy version.

At $10 you can’t go wrong! I train calisthenics so hip flexibility is really important for body weight skills, after following the exercises inside i can honestly say i have seen huge improvements in callisthenics and general day to day things.
